Now Anthropods Go to Wales
Posted 7th April 2022
Two of our latest, specially widened, Bleriot Plus models will soon be heading to the prestigious Celtic Minor Wedding Venue and Golf Club in Cwm-twrch, Isaf, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales.
The pods will sit in a secluded coppice and have been carefully positioned to be in harmony with the surrounding trees and fauna, and will overlook a beautiful lake, a wildlife haven. To complement the Bleriot Plus models and encourage local wildlife, the Company has supplied three bat boxes and four bird nesting boxes, all made in Anthropods’ own workshops.
The additional pod accommodation will sleep an extra eight wedding guests increasing the available beds including other cottages on the estate to thirty persons. Celtic Minor is a magnificent, beautifully constructed new wedding venue with superb open country views and can hold one hundred and twenty guests at wedding ceremonies and two hundred party goers for evening celebrations. The complex uses power from ground source heat pumps located beneath the lake. The golf course and new Club House still function normally while weddings are in full swing.
The Bleriot Plus models are manufactured using sustainable materials wherever feasible. They are both on-grid and will feature four berths, electric central heating, kitchen (please note the hob shown in the plan below is not included in the Celtic Minor pods) a full wet room, heated porch seating and Bluetooth speakers. Delivery of the Bleriot Plus models are scheduled for early July.
