Anthropods Win First Sale in the Netherlands

Old established and popular Netherland’s camp site operator, Camping Vreehorst, based at Winterswijk in the north of the country, have agreed the purchase of their first Anthropod Daddy Long Legs (DLL) model. It will be the first European export for Anthropods & Co Ltd that only started production in September of this year.
Camping Vreehorst owners Christel (picture left) and Jan van Der Heide, finalised the purchase with Douglas Adamson, Chair of Anthropods (right) at the recent Holiday Park and Resort Innovation show held at the NEC, Birmingham.
The Anthropod DLL stands 5 metres off the ground will be located under the tree canopy in a quiet corner of Camping Vreehorst’s extensive grounds, the pod is reached by an elegant spiral staircase. The 4-berth Anthropod is based on the Berliot 72 On-Grid model and will feature a kitchenette with sink, 2-ring hob, fridge and microwave cooker, a gas combi-bolier plus a full wet room with toilet, shower and wash basin. The Anthropod DLL will be delivered and installed on site in March 2019.
